 Pharmacy manuals:
  
 - Outpatient Pharmacy Version 7 Manager's User Manual
  
 - Outpatient Pharmacy Version 7 Pharmacist's User Manual
  
 - Outpatient Pharmacy Version 7 Technician's User Manual
  
 The following note is being added to the documentation:
  
    "Note: Marking this controlled substance Rx as a Titration prescription
     will prevent refills and renewals. You will not be able to convert 
     the Rx to a maintenance prescription by the TR Hidden Action."
