Associated Remedy Ticket: ========================= HD0000000234011 - No "order checks" generated when editing order. Duplicate: ---------- HD0000000209414 - Clozapine dosage edit does not trigger FDA checks Associated NSR(S): ================== N/A Participating Test Sites: ========================= Maryland HCS Milwaukee VAMC Oklahoma City VAMC Remedy Ticket Overview: ======================= HD0000000234011 - No "order checks" generated when editing order. Problem: -------- No "order checks" are generated during an edit of a dispensed drug if the dispensed drug stays the same. When the dosage is edited, a new order is created, and therefore should generate "order checks". For Clozapine orders, when the dosage is edited, the "order checks" and FDA checks are not generated. Resolution: ----------- Modify routine PSOOREDT to generate "order checks" during the edit of a dispensed drug. In turn, "order check" generation will trigger FDA checks for Clozapine. =======================INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS========================= Installation will take less than 2 minutes.
