Description:

 The number range (1 - 15000) for National drug interactions in the DRUG 
 INTERACTIONS file (#56) has been exhausted and new National drug 
 interactions entries cannot be saved.
  
 In order to increase the number range for National entries to '1 - 
 15,000' & '50,000 or more', it is also necessary to make a change to the 
 number range for Local drug interactions from '15,000 or more' to '15,001 
 - 50,000'.
  
 Patch PSS*1.0*190 will change the range of Local drug interaction entries 
 in the DRUG INTERACTIONS file (#56) from '15,000 or more' to '15,001 - 
 50,000'.

 Problem:
 --------
 In order to increase the number range for National entries to '1 - 
 15,000' & '50,000 or more', it is also necessary to make a change to the 
 number range for Local drug interactions from '15,001 or more' to '15,001 
 - 50,000'.
  
 Patch PSS*1.0*190 will change the range of Local drug interaction entries 
 in the DRUG INTERACTIONS file (#56) from '15,000 or more' to '15,001 - 
 50,000'.
  
                                           
 Solution:
 ---------
 Routine PSNDINT is being modified to change to the number range for Local 
 drug interactions from '15,001 or more' to '15,001 - 50,000'.
  
  
 Patch PSN*4*430 is doing the same update to the National Drug File 
 package.
  
  
 Installation Instructions:
 ==========================
 This patch should be installed with users off the system. Installation 
 takes less than two minutes. This patch should be installed after hours.
  
  1. Use the INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE option on the PackMan menu.
  
  2. From the Kernel Installation & Distribution System menu, select
     the Installation menu.
  
  3. From this menu, you may elect to use the following options (when
     prompted for the INSTALL NAME, enter PSS*1.0*190):
  
     (a) Backup a Transport Global - this option will create a backup
         message of any routines exported with the patch. It will NOT 
         backup any other changes such as DDs or templates.
  
     (b) Compare Transport Global to Current System - this option will
         allow you to view all changes that will be made when the patch is
         installed. It compares all components of the patch (routines, DDs,
         templates, etc.).
  
     (c) Verify Checksums in Transport Global - this option will allow
         you to ensure the integrity of the routines that are in the
         transport global.
  
     (d) Print Transport Global - this option will allow you to view
         the components of the KIDS build.
  
  4. Use the Install Package(s) option and select the package
     PSS*1.0*190.
  
  5. When prompted "Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONs during the install?
     NO//", respond NO.
   
  6. When prompted "Want to DISABLE Scheduled options, Menu options,
     and Protocols? NO//" if your site has the Enter/Edit Local Drug 
     Interaction [PSS INTERACTION LOCAL ADD] option active (and most sites
     should not), respond YES and select this option to disable. Otherwise 
     respond NO.
