            THIS PATCH IS PART OF THE EPIP_PSO_PSS_IP21.KID HOST FILE
            WHICH CONSISTS OF PSO*7.0*452 AND PSS*1.0*215. THE PSO PATCH
            WILL BE INSTALLED BEFORE THE PSS PATCH.

 Patch PSS*1.0*215 provides the following enhancements to VistA:
  
 - Adds a new RX# UPPER BOUND WARNING LIMIT field (#48) to the PHARMACY 
 SYSTEM file (#59.7). The value stored in this field determines when the 
 early warning message enabled by PSO*7.0*452 is sent to the new
 PHARMACY SUPERVISORS MailMan group.
  
 - Adds the CLINICAL ALERT multiple field (#109) to the PHARMACY PATIENT 
 file (#55). This field stores the date and time of the alert and enables 
 free-text entry of the alert text. This patch also creates a new PSO
 CLINICAL ALERT ENTER/EDIT input template and adds it to the PHARMACY
 PATIENT file (#55). This template is utilized by the PSODEMSB routine in
 patch PSO*7.0*452.
