Description:

 This patch has enhancements that extend the capabilities of the Veterans 
 Health Information Systems and Technology Architecture (VistA) electronic 
 pharmacy (ePharmacy) billing system.  This release was developed as part
 of the Medical Care Collection Fund (MCCF) Electronic Data Interchange
 (EDI) Transaction Application Suite (TAS) project.  Below is a list of all

 All five of these patches are being released via a Kernel Installation
 and Distribution System (KIDS) multi-build distribution.

 This specific patch contains the following functionality:
 ---------------------------------------------------------
  
 1. The system is being updated so that the logic of how reject code 943
    is handled matches that of reject code 88. 
  
 2. A previous release introduced a defect which caused prescriptions to
    be sent to CMOP prior to meeting the 3/4 days supply threshold.  This
    patch corrects that.
