Data Dictionary technical description misspells classification in the VISIT file (#9000010). 2. References to SHORT NAME field (#2) of the CPT file (#81) need to be removed in routine PXBGCPT2. Associated Remedy Tickets: ========================== 1. INC000001293249 - DD tech desc misspell file #9000010 2. INC000001224029 - Fields will be deleted from the CPT and CPT modifier file. References need to be removed. Associated NSR(s): ================== N/A Participating Test Sites: ========================= Durham VAMC Manchester VAMC VA Pittsburgh HCS Remedy Overview: ================ 1. INC000001293249 - DD tech desc misspell file #9000010 Problem: ======== The word 'classification' is misspelled in the Data Dictionary technical descriptions of both the AGENT ORANGE EDIT FLAG field (#80012) and the IONIZING RADIATION EDIT field (#80013) of the VISIT file (#9000010). Resolution: =========== Update the technical descriptions in the Data Dictionary for the AGENT ORANGE EDIT FLAG field (#80012) and the IONIZING RADIATION EDIT field (#80013) of the VISIT file (#9000010). 2. INC000001224029 - Fields will be deleted from the CPT and CPT modifier file. References need to be removed. Problem: ======== Patient Care Encounter (PCE) routine PXBGCPT2 does a direct read on the SHORT NAME field (#2) of CPT file (#81). The SHORT NAME field (#2) is unsupported and will be deleted; therefore, any references to the field must be removed and replaced with the appropriate supported Application Programming Interface (API). Resolution: =========== Routine PXBGCPT2 was modified to use API ($$CPT^ICPTCOD) instead of using direct reads to the SHORT NAME field (#2) of CPT file (#81).
