It updates the patient status of affected entries in the VISIT (#9000010) file when an admission or discharge movement is created or modified. This patch updates its supporting routine VSITSTAT to add two more conditions for updating a visit: 1. The date/time and location of a visit will now be updated when the time or location of an admission movement is edited, to keep the visit and admission in synch. 2. A visit will now be created here for brand-new admissions, so that a visit number is available for other applications to use to represent the inpatient encounter.
