  This patch addresses 2 issues:
  
  1. A subscript error appears when scheduled auto email options are run and
  entries in the QA INCIDENT REPORT (#742.4) file with a LOCAL CASE STATUS 
  (#.09) of "CLOSED", "DELETED, or "QUICK" have no value for the INCIDENT
  (#.02). 
  
  2. A subscript error occurs when accessing the 'Full Incident Edit' [QAN
  INCIDENT FOLLOW-UP] option and then using a question mark '?' to view a list
  of existing open cases by 'Case Number', 'Date of Incident' or 'Patient'.

  Problem:
  --------
  A subscript error appears in the error trap when the scheduled options 'Brief
  E-Mail to Region' [QAN AUTO E-MAIL BRIEF], 'Delete E-Mail to Region' [QAN 
  AUTO E-MAIL DELETE] and 'Full E-Mail to Region' [QAN AUTO E-MAIL FULL] are 
  executed in the background and QA INCIDENT REPORT (#742.4) file entries with
  a LOCAL CASE STATUS (#.09) of "QUICK", "DELETED", or  "CLOSED" (respectively)
  are missing the INCIDENT (#.02) field value.
  
  Resolution:
  -----------
  All three options have been modified to check the value of INCIDENT (#.02)
  field in the QA INCIDENT REPORT (#742.4) file. If the INCIDENT (#.02) field 
  is empty, then the options will stop processing and continue to the next 
  record.

  Problem:
  --------
  A subscript error occurs when accessing the 'Full Incident Edit' [QAN 
  INCIDENT FOLLOW-UP] option and then using a question mark '?' to view a list
  of existing open cases by 'Case Number', 'Date of Incident' or 'Patient'.
  
  Resolution:
  -----------
  The options have been modified to check for the existence of the INCIDENT 
  (#.02) field value in the QA INCIDENT REPORT (#742.4) file before displaying 
  the list of open incidents.
  
  
  Installation Instructions:

    Installation will take less than 1 minute.
   
    Suggested time to install: Non-peak requirement hours.
    
     1. Choose the PackMan message containing this patch and invoke the
        INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE PackMan option.  
    
     2. From the Kernel Installation & Distribution System menu, select 
        the Installation menu.  
    
     3. From this menu, you may select to use the following options: 
    
          a.  Verify Checksums in Transport Global - This option will allow
              you to ensure the integrity of the routines that are in the
              transport global.
          b.  Print Transport Global - This option will allow you to view
              the components of the KIDS build.
          c.  Compare Transport Global to Current System - This option will
              allow you to view all changes that will be made when this patch
              is installed.  It compares all components of this patch
              (routines, DD's, templates, etc.).
          d.  Backup a Transport Global - This option will create a backup
              message of any routines exported with this patch. It will not
              backup any other changes such as DD's or templates.
    
     4. Use the Install Package(s) option and select the package QAN*2.0*33.
   
     5. When Prompted "Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONs during the install? 
        NO//" respond NO.  
    
     6. When Prompted "Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu Options, and 
        Protocols? YES//" respond YES. When prompted to select the options
        you would like to place out of order, enter the following:
  
         'QAN AUTO E-MAIL BRIEF'      Brief E-Mail to Region
         'QAN AUTO E-MAIL DELETE'     Delete E-Mail to Region
         'QAN AUTO E-MAIL FULL'       Full E-Mail to Region  
         'QAN INCIDENT FOLLOW-UP'     Full Incident Edit
