Description:

 This patch corrects the gathering of data for processing the OS-109 Death
 screen within the Occurrence Screening application.  Death entries 
 that should be printed on the OS-109 screen are not being picked up by the
 daily Tasked Run of Auto Enroll [QAM TASKED AUTO ENROLL RUN] job.

    REMEDY OVERVIEW:
    ================
   
    1) HD0000000064247 - TUA-0904-31880  Screen 109 is not printing
    
    Problem:
    --------
    Sites are reporting that death entries are not always being picked up
    by the daily Tasked Run of Auto Enroll [QAM TASKED AUTO ENROLL RUN]
    job. The job currently only picks up deaths entered the previous day
    before midnight. If the entry is made after midnight the death entry
    will not be picked up.
  
   
    Resolution:
    -----------
    Routine QAOC109 which processes discharges due to Death will be
    modified to review the prior day along with the current report date to
    report on prior day deaths entered after the auto enrollment run. It 
    will also be modified to verify and process those deaths that were not
    previously processed.
     
    
   
    INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
    ==========================
    This patch may be run with users on the system.  Installation will take
    less than 5 minutes.
   
    1.  Use the INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE option on the PackMan menu to unload
        the KIDS distribution included with this message.
   
    2.  From the Kernel Installation and Distribution System Menu, select
        the Installation menu.
   
    3.  From this menu, you may elect to use the following options
        (when prompted for INSTALL NAME, enter QA0*3.0*8):
        a.  Backup a Transport Global - This option will create a backup
            message of any routines exported with this patch. It will not
            backup any other changes such as DD's or templates.
        b.  Compare Transport Global to Current System  - this option will
            allow you to view all changes that will be made when the patch
            is installed.  It compares all components of the patch 
            (routines, DDs, templates, etc.).
        c.  Verify Checksums in Transport Global - this option will
            allow you to ensure the integrity of the routines that are in
            the transport global.
        d.  Print Transport Global - this option will allow you to view the
            components of the KIDS build.
   
    4. Use the Install Package(s) option and select the package QAO*3.0*8.
    
    5. When prompted 'Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONs during the install?
       NO//', respond NO.
   
    6. When prompted 'Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu Options, and
       Protocols? YES//', press <Enter>.
    
    7. When prompted 'Enter options you wish to mark as 'Out Of Order':' 
        Enter the following options:
  
          Manually Run Auto Enroll        [QAM MANUAL AUTO ENROLL RUN]    
          Fall Out Edit                   [QAM FALL OUT EDIT]
          Tasked Run of Auto Enroll       [QAM TASKED AUTO ENROLL RUN]
  
    8. When prompted 'Enter protocols you wish to mark as 'Out Of 
        Order':' press <return>. 
    
    9. When prompted 'Delay Install (Minutes):  (0-60): 0//' press 
       <return>.
  
       Enter the Device you want to print the Install messages.
       You can queue the install by enter a 'Q' at the device prompt.
       Enter a '^' to abort the install.
  
   10. When prompted 'DEVICE: HOME//' press <return>
