 REMEDY OVERVIEW:
 ================
 1. INC000001255484 - QA-Occurrence Screen - 107 no longer working
                      
    Problem:
    --------
    After the release of patch SR*3.0*182, the Return to OR in same 
    admission (Screen 107) screen no longer works. The 107 screen requires
    a surgery to be classified as MAJOR, however users are no longer prompted
    to enter a value for the SURGERY (#130) file's MAJOR/MINOR (#.03) field 
    when using the Operation Startup [SROMEN-START] option. Additionally, in 
    SR*3.0*182 the SURGERY (#130) file's IN/OUT-PATIENT STATUS (#.011) field 
    has been renamed to the HOSPITAL ADMISSION STATUS (#.011) field. The 107 
    screen requires this field to have a value of I:INPATIENT, however the 
    new acceptable values for this field are 1:SAME DAY, 2:ADMISSION, or 
    3:HOSPITALIZED.
  
    Resolution:
    -----------
    Modified routine QAOC107 to remove the conditional check for the 
    SURGERY (#130) file's MAJOR/MINOR (#.03) field. Also, modified 
    the conditional check on the SURGERY (#130) file's HOSPITAL ADMISSION 
    STATUS (#.011) field to accept any value other than NULL or O:OUTPATIENT.
    The Occurrence Screen User Manual has also been updated to reflect these
    changes.
  
  
 DOCUMENTATION RETRIEVAL:

 Updated documentation describing the new functionality introduced by this 
 patch are available.
  
 The preferred method is to retrieve files from download.vista.domain.ext.
 This transmits the files from the first available server. Sites may 
 also elect to retrieve files directly from a specific server. 
  
 Sites may retrieve the documentation directly using Secure File Transfer 
 Protocol (SFTP) from the ANONYMOUS.SOFTWARE directory at the following 
 OI Field Offices:

 Installation Instructions:
 --------------------------
 This patch may be run with users on the system, but it is recommended
 that it be queued to run after normal business hours.
   
 Installation will take less than 5 minutes. 
 Suggested time to install: non-peak requirement hours.
   
    1. Use the INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE option on the PackMan menu.
   
    2. From the Kernel Installation & Distribution System menu, select
       the Installation menu.
   
    3. From this menu, you may select to use the following options (when
       prompted for INSTALL NAME, enter QAO*3.0*10).      
  
       a. Backup a Transport Global - this option will create a backup
          message of any routines exported with the patch. It will NOT
          backup any other changes such as DDs or templates.
       b. Compare Transport Global to Current System - this option will
          allow you to view all changes that will be made when the patch is
          installed.
       c. Verify Checksums in Transport Global - this option will ensure
          the integrity of the routines that are in the transport global.
       d. Print Transport Global - this option will allow you to view
          the components of the KIDS build.
      
    4. Use the Install Package(s) option and select the package QAO*3.0*10.
   
    5. When prompted "Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONS during install ? NO//",
       respond NO.
   
    6. When prompted "Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu Options,
       and Protocols? YES//", respond YES.  
  
             Manually Run Auto Enroll   [QAM MANUAL AUTO ENROLL RUN]
  
       When prompted, "Enter protocols you wish to mark as 'Out Of
       Order':', press <ENTER>.
