 1. R11081007FY17 - RAD/NUC MED 5.0 HL7 INTERFACE SPECIFICATION update
  
 The HL7 2.4 specifications need to be updated to address the two issues 
 listed below:
  
 Problem 1:
 ----------
 The field 'Temporary Location' (PV1-11) is used, but specifications 
 indicate 'X' that PV1-11 is not supported.
  
 Resolution 1:
 -------------
 The field 'Temporary Location' (PV1-11) documentation has been edited to
 correctly that PV1-11 is conditionally supported 'C' when the patient is
 an outpatient.
  
 Problem 2:
 ----------
 The documentation for the HL7 field 'Referring Doctor' (PV1-8) currently
 states that ordering provider data is passed in this field.
  
 Resolution 2:
 -------------
 The field 'Referring Doctor' (PV1-8) documentation has been edited to 
 indicate the field has always passed primary care physician (PCP) data.

 The preferred method is to retrieve files from download.vista.domain.ext.
 This transmits the files from the first available server. Sites may 
 also elect to retrieve files directly from a specific server.
