VistARad allows the user to display any radiology studies stored in the VistA System at your site in addition to allowing access to text-based reports. VistARad was displaying incorrect narrative text (technologist and tech comment data) for some studies. The issue will occur whenever a radiology study is canceled, the order held, and a new study registered for that held order. When printing or displaying the radiology request, the data associated with the radiology order is correct but the data from the canceled study is incomplete or irrelevant. Resolution ---------- Only display those radiology studies which are not cancelled whether or not they are part of a print or exam set. 2. The Exam Deletion [RA DELETEXAM] option will delete the exam if the user times out at the Do you want to cancel the request associated with this exam? prompt. Resolution ---------- If the user does time out, the exam is not deleted and the option exits gracefully. 3. The 'Cancel an Exam' [RA CANCEL] and 'Exam Deletion' [RA DELETEXAM] options allow the user to hold or cancel the order associated with that exam. The 'OTHER' reason record in the RAD/NUC MED REASON (#75.2) was not selectable when trying to hold or cancel the order. Resolution ---------- Allow the 'OTHER' reason record in the RAD/NUC MED REASON to be selectable when trying to hold or cancel the order.
