The [RA REGISTER] input template stuffs the external value for SERVICE/SECTION (set in routine RASERV based on the FACILITY TREATING SPECIALTY (#45.7) record from the inpatient event utility: IN5^VADPT). The [RA REGISTER] input template on the RAD/NUC MED PATIENT (#70) file must be updated to use the internal value of the SERVICE/SECTION (#49) record to avoid this issue in future. 2) Prior to patch RA*5.0*181 the 'DATE DESIRED (Not guaranteed)' (#21) field value stored in the RAD/NUC MED ORDERS (#75.1) file did not have a limit on the future date. After RA*5.0*181, the DATE DESIRED filed cannot be greater than 390 days into the future from the date the backdoor order was entered.
