Problem: -------- In preliminary teleradiology reports sent through the HL7 voice application exception, existing teleradiology business logic prevents primary diagnostic codes from being filed. However, secondary diagnostic codes may still be filed into the RAD/NUC MED PATIENT (#70) file. This inconsistency results in malformed preliminary reports. Resolution: ------------ Routine RAHLO2 has been updated so secondary diagnostic codes are not filed for preliminary teleradiology reports processed through the HL7 voice application exception. With this change, preliminary teleradiology reports will not file primary or secondary diagnostic codes, aligning with radiology business rules and preventing malformed preliminary report data.
