Entered in Error Description:
A problem has been identified affecting users who access ROES through
the CPRS Tools menu when multiple Divisions are assigned to their VistA
account in the New Person file (#200).  The files contained within
RMPF3_0P6.ZIP (ROES3.exe and ROES3DESKTOP.exe) should not be installed in
any production or test environment.  If you have already installed the
files, please restore the original ROES3.exe and ROES3DESKTOP.exe files
from copies archived before the new files were installed, or from download
available within RMPF3_0P4.ZIP.
