Cannot select patient name that appears on GUI DOR report b. When select patient name, current issued item does not display whether or not the item was linked to suspense record Resolution: ----------- Modifications have been made to the system to improve the suspense linking process: a. Warn the user when the patient has no unlinked charges b. Display the suspense link for an issued item when displaying Appliance Transaction Routines: RMPRPAT3, RMPRPCE1 2) HD0000000476648 Unable to complete report,'error in API RMPRPI07' Problem: -------- A user is able to delete a previously issued item against a HCPCS item that has been removed from the system, causing inventory and reporting error conditions. Resolution: ----------- A modification has been made to the system to prevent a user from deleting a stock issue on a patient if the item was removed from the system after being issued to a patient. Resolution: ---------- There are extraneous 'L' and 'L1' cross references remaining in the PROSTHETIC SUSPENSE file (#668) that typically occur. When the patient Social Security number is modified in the patient record and not handled through any interface to correct the same patient Suspense Records cross references. Modified routine RMPR9DO to bypass any 'L' or 'L1' cross references that are no longer linked to defined the master suspense record. Modified routine RMPR8PG to call new routine RMPR8PG1 that will provide an audit/cleanup of the 'L' and 'L1' cross references at the end of the option Purge Suspense Records. Also, wrote post install routine to remove the extraneous 'L' and 'L1' cross references due to not matching linked master record or linked master record no longer exists. It compares all components of this patch (routines, DD's, templates, etc.). d. Backup a Transport Global - This option creates a backup message of any routines exported with this patch. It will not backup any other changes such as DD's or templates. 4. Use the Install Package(s) option and select the package RMPR*3.0*163. 5.
