 Update Prosthetics routines used to display the Privacy Act Statement to 
 use the newly released text.

 2) INC000000786903  The home oxygen billing package - RMPO Billing 
                     Transactions  
  
 Problem: 
 --------
 Sites are unable to post prosthetics monthly home oxygen bills to
 the 1358 DAILY RECORD file (#424) when Veterans internal entry numbers
 (IEN) in the Patient file (#2) exceed 9 digits. These issues occur due to
 length restrictions in the 1358 DAILY RECORD file (#424) REFERENCE field
 (#.1) when the IEN's are concatenated with the identifier string "PAT ID"
 and exceed maximum amount of characters for that field.
    
  
 Resolution:
 -----------
 Modify the identifier string to be "PID" thereby reducing the number 
 of characters by three which will allow the record to post correctly.

 You may install these routines at any time without interruption to users.
 It should take less than 2 minutes to install this patch.
  
    1. Choose the PackMan message containing this patch and invoke the
       INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE PackMan option.  
   
    2. From the Kernel Installation & Distribution System menu, select 
       the Installation menu.  
   
    3. From this menu, you may select to use the following options: 
       (when prompted for INSTALL NAME, enter RMPR*3.0*166
   
         a.  Verify Checksums in Transport Global - This option will allow
             you to ensure the integrity of the routines that are in the
             transport global.
         b.  Print Transport Global - This option will allow you to view
             the components of the KIDS build.
         c.  Compare Transport Global to Current System - This option will
             allow you to view all changes that will be made when this patch
             is installed.  It compares all components of this patch
             (routines, DD's, templates, etc.).
         d.  Backup a Transport Global - This option will create a backup
             message of any routines exported with this patch. It will not
             backup any other changes such as DD's or templates.
   
    4. Use the Install Package(s) option and select the package RMPR*3.0*166.
  
    5. When Prompted "Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONs during the install? 
       NO//" respond NO.  
   
    6. When Prompted "Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu Options, and 
       Protocols? YES//" respond YES.
  
    7. When prompted 'Enter options you wish to mark as 'Out Of 
       Order':'  Enter the following options:
  
         Billing Transactions           [RMPO BILLING TRANSACTIONS]
         Reprint a 2421 Form            [RMPR REPRINT 2421]
         Reprint a Purchase Card Form   [RMPR4 RPC]
  
    8. When prompted 'Enter protocols you wish to mark as 'Out Of Order':',
       press enter.
