Description:

 When jumping to Suspense Processing [RMPR SUSP MENU] from the current 
 option/menu, a site station may be undefined. The option entry point was 
 modified to check for station parameters and ensure that all required 
 fields are defined, and, if not, call the station setup functionality.

 Problem:
 =======
 During proactive error trap review after RMPR patch installs, sites are 
 receiving errors related to undefined or missing station. Analysis found 
 an additional site parameter was also undefined (besides the initial 
 parameter fixed in patch RMPR*3.0*189) when jumping from a particular 
 option/menu directly to Suspense Processing [RMPR SUSP MENU].
  
 Resolution:
 ==========
 Modified code in RMPREO to check if RMPR("STA") is defined; if not, call 
 DIV4^RMPRSIT to define it. 
  
 Patch Installation:
 ==================
 Installation Instructions: This patch may be installed with users on the 
 system. Install Time - less than 2 minutes.
  
  1. Choose the PackMan message containing this patch.
  
  2. Choose the INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE PackMan option. 
  
  3. From the Kernel Installation and Distribution System Menu, select the
     Installation Menu.  From this menu, you may elect to use the following
     options. When prompted for the INSTALL NAME enter the patch name
     RMPR*3.0*191:
       a. Verify Checksums in Transport Global - This option will allow
          you to ensure the integrity of the routines that are in the
          transport global.
       b. Print Transport Global - This option will allow you to view
          the components of the KIDS build.
       c. Compare Transport Global to Current System - This option will
          allow you to view all changes that will be made when this patch
          is installed.  It compares all of the components of this patch,
          such as routines, DDs, templates, etc.
       d. Backup a Transport Global - This option will create a backup
          message of any routines exported with this patch. It will not
          backup any other changes such as DDs or templates.
   
  4. From the Installation Menu, select the Install Package(s) option and
     choose the patch to install.
   
  5. If prompted 'Want KIDS to Rebuild Menu Trees Upon Completion of
     Install? NO//', answer NO.
   
  6. When prompted 'Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONs during the install? NO//',
     answer NO.
   
  7. When prompted 'Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu Options, and
     Protocols? NO//', answer NO.
  
       There are no Menu Options or Protocols to disable.
  
  8.  If prompted 'Delay Install (Minutes):  (0 - 60): 0//' respond 0.
  
 Backout and Rollback Procedure:
 ==============================
 The routine deployed by this patch - RMPREO - may be restored from the 
 message created in step 3d above.
  
 There is no data rollback required.
