Description:

 This patch addresses 1 issue:
   
  1. This patch will fix the subscript error issue in the EDIT 2319 [RMPR
  EDIT 2319] option. An error will occur when the option is used in two 
  situations. There are two files that are looked at when the edit is being
  updated. If the PROSTHETICS 1358 (#664) file does not contain the
  information the user will receive an error. If the RECORD OF PROS
  APPLIANCE/REPAIR (#660) file does not have the referenced information the
  user will receive an error.

  Problem:

  This patch will fix the subscript error issue in the EDIT 2319 [RMPR EDIT
  2319] option. When the user uses the EDIT 2319 [RMPR EDIT 2319] option 
  they will receive an error due to the RECORD OF PROS APPLIANCE/REPAIR
  (#660) file and PROSTHETICS 1358 (#664) file not having matching
  information.
  
  Resolution:
  -----------
  If the user uses the EDIT 2319 [RMPR EDIT 2319] option and the
  information is not contained in the PROSTHETICS 1358 (#664) file, the
  update will exit out because it is not needed. If the user uses 
  the EDIT 2319 [RMPR EDIT 2319] option and the RECORD OF PROS
  APPLIANCE/REPAIR (#660) file does not contain the needed information, it
  will exit out since the update will not be needed.
    
  Installation Instructions:
  ==========================
  You may install these routines at any time without interruption to users.
  It should take less than 2 minutes to install this patch.
  
    1. Choose the PackMan message containing this patch and invoke the
       INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE PackMan option.  
   
    2. From the Kernel Installation & Distribution System menu, select 
       the Installation menu.  
   
    3. From this menu, you may select to use the following options: 
       (when prompted for INSTALL NAME, enter RMPR*3.0*192
   
         a.  Verify Checksums in Transport Global - This option will allow
             you to ensure the integrity of the routines that are in the
             transport global.
         b.  Print Transport Global - This option will allow you to view
             the components of the KIDS build.
         c.  Compare Transport Global to Current System - This option will
             allow you to view all changes that will be made when this
             patch is installed.  It compares all components of this patch
             (routines, DD's, templates, etc.).
         d.  Backup a Transport Global - This option will create a backup
             message of any routines exported with this patch. It will not
             backup any other changes such as DD's or templates.
   
    4. Use the Install Package(s) option and select the package 
       RMPR*3.0*192.
  
    5. When Prompted "Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONs during the install? 
       NO//," respond NO.  
   
    6. When Prompted "Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu Options, and 
  
       Protocols? YES//," respond YES.
  
       a) When prompted "Enter options you wish to mark as 'Out of Order':"
       enter the following options:
  
       Edit 2319  [RMPR EDIT 2319]  
        
       b) When prompted "Enter protocols you wish to mark as 'Out of
          Order':" just press <Return>
