Description:

 This patch addresses the following issues:
  
 1. An undefined error occurs when an Institution Internal 
 Entry Number (IEN) for discontinued Inter-Facility Consults (IFC) is 
 missing.
  
 2. An undefined error occurs when an order is attempted to be Reconciled,
 but the PROCUREMENT & ACCOUNTING TRANSACTIONS (#442) file has been purged

    Problem:
    --------
    When an Inter-Facility Consult (IFC) Subscriber Protocol (GRMC IFC
    SUBSC) is triggered, an undefined error is received when a Prosthetics
    Inter-Facility Consult (IFC) is discontinued. This error occurs
    because the Internal Entry Number (IEN) is not defined.
  
    Resolution:
    -----------
    Routine RMPRFC3 has been modified so value for the institutions IEN is 
    being set to the correct value prior to the use. The institutions IEN 
    will be used for both New and Discontinued Inter-Facility Consults.
  
  
 2. INC1880108 - UNDEFINED>RECON+4^PRCH7C ^PRC(442
                   
    Problem:
    --------
    An undefined error is being received when a Prosthetics Reconcile/Close
    Out Purchase Card Transaction [RMPR4 CLOSE OUT] menu option,
    is attempted, but the Purchase Order in the PROCUREMENT & ACCOUNTING
    TRANSACTIONS (#442) file has been purged.
    
  
    Resolution:
    -----------
    The routine RMRR4E21 has been modified so the PROCUREMENT & 
    ACCOUNTING TRANSACTIONS (#442) file is checked prior to a Reconcile 
    on an order. A message will appear to inform the user the Purchase
    Order does not exist in file so it cannot be Reconciled.

 This patch may be installed with users on the system although it is 
 recommended it be queued to run after normal business hours to minimize
 potential disruption to users. This patch should take less than 2 minutes

 This patch may be run with users on the system, but it is recommended
 that it be queued to run after normal business hours.
   
 Installation will take less than 5 minutes. 
 Suggested time to install: non-peak requirement hours.
   
    1. Use the INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE option on the PackMan menu.
   
    2. From the Kernel Installation & Distribution System menu, select
       the Installation menu.
   
    3. From this menu, you may select to use the following options (when
       prompted for INSTALL NAME, enter RMPR*3.0*198).      
  
       a. Backup a Transport Global - this option will create a backup
          message of any routines exported with the patch. It will NOT
          backup any other changes such as DDs or templates.
       b. Compare Transport Global to Current System - this option will
          allow you to view all changes that will be made when the patch is
          installed.
       c. Verify Checksums in Transport Global - this option will ensure
          the integrity of the routines that are in the transport global.
       d. Print Transport Global - this option will allow you to view
          the components of the KIDS build.
      
    4. Use the Install Package(s) option and select the package 
       RMPR*3.0*198
  
    5. When prompted "Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONS during install ? NO//"
       respond NO.
   
    6. When prompted 'Want to DISABLE Schedule Options, Menu Options and
       Protocols? YES//', just press <RETURN>. 
  
       1) When prompted "Enter options you wish to mark as "Out of
            Order":" enter the following options:
  
         Reconcile/Close Out Purchase Card Transaction   [RMPR4 CLOSE OUT]
  
       2) When prompted  "Enter protocols you wish to mark as 'Out Of
            Order': just press <RETURN>.

 Back-Out Plan:

 Prior to installing the updated KIDS package, the site/region should have 
 saved a backup of the routines in a mail message using the Backup a 
 Transport Global [XPD BACKUP] menu option. The message containing the 
 backed up routines can be loaded with the "Xtract PackMan" function at 
 the Message Action prompt.  The PackMan function INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE is 
 then used to install the backed-up routines onto the VistA system.
