  The current Prosthetics Billing GUI, Version 3.0.197 (Patch 197), was
  compiled using Delphi 10.2, which is no longer approved in the VA TRM as
  of Q1 2020 (http://trm.oit.domain.ext/ToolPage.aspx?tid=6317).
  
  
  Resolution:
  -----------
  The Prosthetics Billing GUI, Version 3.0.205 (Patch 205), has been
  recompiled in Delphi 10.3, the TRM approved version of Delphi.

 RMPR*3*205 is being distributed through the National Patch Module (NPM) as
 an informational patch.
  
 The GUI client software for this patch may be retrieved directly from 
 /srv/vista/patches/SOFTWARE/RMPR_3_205.ZIP or through
 https://download.vista.domain.ext/index.html/SOFTWARE.

 There are no VistA components for this patch. GUI installation should 
 follow Regional procedures.
  
  
  GUI Client Installation:
  ------------------------
  1. The installer will need to extract all the files in the zip file to
     the folder where the existing Prosthetics executable is installed.
   
     Example:
     C:\Program Files (x86)\Vista\ProsBillingMenu
   
  2. When asked to overwrite the existing file, answer Yes.  
   
  3. Following successful extraction of the executable, you can delete 
     the RMPR_3_205.ZIP file.
   
  4. When this version of ProsBillingMenu.exe is launched it will show the 
     version as "3.0.205" in the About section.
  
  
 Since this is an informational patch this will need to be marked complete 
 in VistA, utilizing the:
                 PATCH MONITOR MAIN MENU
                 Patch Processing
                 Mark a Non-Kids Patch as Complete

 Due to the complexity of this patch, it is not recommended for back-out, 
 and a restore from a backup of the Transport Global should not be 
 attempted. In the event that the patch installer decides to back out this
 patch, the site should submit a ServiceNow (SNOW) helpdesk ticket. The
 development team will need to issue a follow-on patch in order to 
 comprehensively back-out this patch.
