 Problem:
 --------
 To resolve problems with Purchase Card Orders cancelled in IFCAP and
 "dangling" amendments and order still open in Prosthetics.
  
 Resolution:
 -----------
 Modify routine RMPR4C21 to bypass the IFCAP step in cancelling a 
 Prosthetics Purchase Card Order using option RMPR4 PCC [Cancel
 Purchase Card transaction].  Also, modify routines RMPR4OPN and
 RMPR4LOP to identify Prosthetic Purchase Card Orders that are open
 but have a cancellation on the IFCAP side. Option LIST OPEN PURCHASE
 CARD TRANSACTIONS will now notify user of this situation.
  
  
  
  
 2. HD197348   Purge Suspense records undefined error: EN1+5^RMPR8PG
  
 Problem:
 -------
 Undefined error at EN1+5^RMPR8PG when using the option RMPR PURGE SUS.
  
 Resolution:
 ----------
 Modify routine RMPR8PG to initialize variable when removing the linkage 
 from purged suspense between the PROSTHETIC SUSPENSE file (#668) and
 the PROSTHETIC 2529-3 file (#664.1).
  
  
 3. HD210818   Home Oxygen add/edit Prescription Date default null
  
 Problem:
 -------
 When using Add/Edit Home Oxygen Patient the HOME OXYGEN PRESCRIPTION 
 DATE will default as null when active dates are on file.
  
 Resolution:
 ----------
 Modify routine RMPOPED to pull the current HOME OXYGEN PRESCRIPTION
 DATE from patient's record in lieu of defaulting to Fileman tracking 
 global ^DISV for user.
  
  
 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION:
 ========================
 This patch was created with Kernel V8 KIDS and should be installed into 
 your production UCI.  It can be installed anytime.  Complete
 installation will take 5 minutes or less.  Installation procedures are 
 the same for Cache.  Prosthetics users should NOT be on the system 
 during installation.
  
 Follow these instructions:
  
 1. Choose the PackMan message containing this patch and invoke the 
    INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE PackMan option.
  
 2. On the KIDS menu, under the 'Installation' menu, use the option 
    'Verify Checksum in Transport Global' and verify that all routines 
    have the correct checksums.
  
 3. From the 'Installation' menu of KIDS, user the option 'Install 
    Package(s)'.  Select the package 'RMPR*3.0*140 and proceed with the 
    install.
  
 4. You may queue this patch for install. Users may be on the system 
    during patch install.
  
 5. When prompted 'Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONs during the install? 
    NO//', respond NO.
  
 6. When prompted 'Want to DISABLE Schedule Options, Menu Options and
    Protocols? NO//', respond YES.  When prompted to select the options
    you would like to place out of order, enter the following:
