ROR*1.5*23. * * * *********************************************************************** This patch remediates routine RORRP016 to use a supported Integration Control Registration (ICR) instead of the retired ICRs 10082 and 10083. ICR 10082 and 10083 granted global reads to several fields in File #80 and File #80.1. However, both were retired on November 15, 2008. Routine RORRP016 was never updated to use the supported replacement ICR #3990 which was part of the ICD-9 remediation project. During IOC production testing of STS ICD-10 patches (LEX*2.0*80 and ICD*18.0*57), Clinical Case Registries (CCR) Graphic User Interface (GUI) user received an error message "File #80 does not contain a field 9.5". This was as a result of field #9.5 being moved by the ICD-10 project.
