PTF now stores 25 diagnoses and procedures in the PTF file (#45). The changes to the CCR system are: 1. Modifies the HL7 nightly extract job Registry Update & Data Extraction [ROR TASK] to extract up to 25 ICD-10 diagnoses and procedures. 2. Modifies the selection logic for all CCR reports that screen the output based on diagnosis to check the additional fields added to the PTF file (#45) for ICD-10. 3. A modification to the HL7 nightly extract Admitting Diagnosis segment to only extract the data from the PTF file (#45) for the PRINCIPAL DIAGNOSIS pre-1986 field (#80) if the PRINCIPAL DIAGNOSIS field (#79) does not contain any data. 4. The version of the CCR software is updated to 1.5.25.
