Two new clinical reports were added to the CCR available reports list. a. Hepatitis A Immunity or Vaccine b. Hepatitis B Immunity or Vaccine These 2 reports allow users of the CCR system to get a list of patients who were treated at the V.A. and who have or do not have vaccination and/or immunity for the associated Hepatitis disease for investigative purposes. Additional fields can be used to further screen the patients who will be included on this report. 3. The version of the CCR software was updated to 1.5.29. This patch adds the following new GUI elements: 1. A new selection panel created, entitled, "Patients" to use with the new Hep A and Hep B reports. 2. A new selection panel created, entitled, "Vaccinations Date Range" to use with Hep A and Hep B reports. 3. A new selection panel created, entitled, "Immunity Date Range" to use with Hep A and Hep B reports. 4. The version of the CCR GUI software has also been updated to 1.5.29. Patch Installation: ------------------ M INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: ---------------------------- Installation of the patch will not take more than 5 minutes. This patch can be installed with VistA users online, but Registry users should be logged out of the CCR Registry Application, as a new GUI is to be installed. There are no options that need to be disabled prior to patch install. NOTE: The nightly task (Registry Update & Data Extraction [ROR TASK] option) must not be running during the installation. Pre/Post Installation Overview: ------------------------------- There is no pre-installation routine for this patch. The post-installation routine for this patch is POST^RORP029 and performs the following functions: - Adds new reports Hepatitis A Vaccine or Immunity and Hepatitis B Vaccine or Immunity to all registries. - Adds a new selection panel for diagnosis date range to all reports except for DIAGNOSIS report. Installation Instructions: -------------------------- Installation steps: ------------------ 1. Choose the PackMan message containing this patch. 2. Choose the INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE PackMan option. 3. From the Kernel Installation and Distribution System Menu, select the Installation Menu. From this menu, you may elect to use the following options. When prompted for the INSTALL NAME enter the patch designation 'ROR*1.5*29': a. Backup a Transport Global - This option will create a backup message of any routines exported with this patch. It will not backup any other changes such as DDs or templates. It is recommended this step be done as it will be needed if a rollback is required for this patch in the future. b. Compare Transport Global to Current System - This option will allow you to view all changes that will be made when this patch is installed.
