Three new local registries are added: - Lymphoma Registry - VA LYMPHOMA - NASH (non-alcoholic steatohepatitis) Registry - VA NASH - ILD (interstitial lung disease) Registry - VA ILD including the following functionality: a. The set up and initial build of the new registries. b. Adding the new registries to the nightly job that searches for and adds patients to them, based on registry-specific International Classification of Disease, 9th edition (ICD-9), International Classification of Disease, 10th edition (ICD-10) procedure codes. c. The standard local reports currently available in CCR will be available for the new registries. 2. One new medication is added to the ROR GENERIC DRUG file (#799.51) to be used as inclusion criteria for patients in the respective registry. a. HIV registry COBICISTAT/DARUNAVIR/EMTRICITABINE/TENOFOVIR AF Abbreviated: "COBI/DARUNAVIR/EMTRIC/TAF" 3. The Future Appointments selection panel is added to the following two reports for all registries: 1) Diagnoses 2) Procedures 4. On reports where the Future Appointments panel is available, a new column Clinic Name has been added to all reports to the right of the Next Appt column. 5. A new column, Admission Date has been added to the left of Admitting Diagnosis column on the report output for the Current Inpatient List report. 6. The display of the LOINC codes on the top of the Hepatitis A and Hepatitis B reports were not displaying. This issue has been resolved in this patch. The LOINC codes now display prior to the data. 7. Tool tips have been fixed for the Vaccination Date Range and Immunity Date Range panels on the Hepatitis A and Hepatitis B reports. 8. Below is a summary of the installation steps required for this patch. 1. Install M components. 2. Update GUI. Patch Installation: ------------------ M Pre/Post Installation Overview ------------------------------ M INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: ---------------------------- Installation of the patch will not take more than 5 minutes. This patch can be installed with VistA users online, but Registry users should be logged out of the CCR Registry Application, as a new GUI is to be installed. There are no options that need to be disabled prior to patch install. NOTE: The nightly task (Registry Update & Data Extraction [ROR TASK] option) must not be running during the installation. Pre/Post Installation Overview: ------------------------------- The pre-installation routine for this patch checks to be sure the task Initialize new registries (one time) [ROR INITIALIZE] is not running. If it is, the user is informed of the task number found and that the job must finish or be terminated before the patch can be installed. The pre-installation routine also checks to see if the Registry Update and Data Extraction [ROR TASK] background job is running. If it is, the user is informed and the patch cannot be installed until that job is finished. The post-installation routine for this patch is POST^RORP034 and performs the following functions: a) Adding CPT and ICD9 and ICD10 codes added to ROR ICD SEARCH file b) Identifies new drugs to track, and c) Adds future appointment to reports d) Reschedules the ROR TASK option and sends a MailMan message to the patch installer. e) Updates List Items for new registries Pre-Installation Instructions ----------------------------- N/A M Installation Instructions: Please refer to the installation guide for ---------------------------- detailed information on the installation. 1. Unschedule or delete the Registry Update & Data Extraction [ROR TASK] job (CCR nightly job). 2. Choose the PackMan message containing this patch. 3. Choose the INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE PackMan option. 4. From the Kernel Installation and Distribution System Menu, select the Installation Menu. From this menu, you may elect to use the following options. When prompted for the INSTALL NAME enter the patch designation 'ROR*1.5*34': a. Backup a Transport Global - This option will create a backup message of any routines exported with this patch. It will not backup any other changes such as DDs or templates. b. Compare Transport Global to Current System - This option will (allow you to view all changes that will be made when this patch is installed. It compares all components of this patch routines, DDs, templates, etc.). c. Verify Checksums in Transport Global - This option will allow you to ensure the integrity of the routines that are in the transport global. 5. From the Installation Menu, select the Install Package(s) option and choose the patch to install. 6. From the Installation Menu, select the Install Package(s) option and choose the patch to install. 7. When prompted 'Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONs during the install? NO//', respond NO 8. When prompted 'Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu Options, and Protocols? NO//', respond NO GUI Installation Instructions: ------------------------------ 1. Unzip the ROR1_5P34GUI.ZIP into a temporary folder. 2. Open the temporary folder and double click the file CCRSetup.exe to begin the install. 3. Wait until the setup Wizard prepares the installation procedure. A welcome message displays. 4. Click Next to continue the installation. 5. Select the directory in which to install the CCR GUI. We recommend that you accept the default directory: C:\Program Files\VistA\Clinical Case Registries. To select a different location, click Change and select the directory. Click Next to proceed with installation. 6. Review the installation settings and click Install to proceed. The setup Wizard finishes the installation and a confirmation screen displays. 7.
