 The purpose of this patch is to correct an omission with the SD*5.3*701 patch.
  
 Rational #810988: Patch SD*5.3*701 did not have the PACKAGE file (#9.4) linked
 properly
  
  The SD*5.3*701 patch did not have the proper package link. FileMan can be used 
 to connect the SD*5.3*701 to the Scheduling entry in the PACKAGE File (#9.4).
  
  Before you begin the process of editing these files, please do an inquiry 
 into FileMan.
  There are two pieces of information you will require.
