============================================================================= Run Date: OCT 29, 2018 Designation: SD*5.3*682 Package : SD - SCHEDULING Priority: Mandatory Version : 5.3 SEQ #577 Status: Released Compliance Date: NOV 12, 2018 ============================================================================= Associated patches: (c)OR*3*483 install with patch `SD*5.3*682' (v)SD*5.3*671 <<= must be installed BEFORE `SD*5.3*682' Subject: REMOVE AUTO-REBOOK FUNCTIONALITY Category: - Routine Description: ============ This patch removes Auto-Rebook functionality from Vista Scheduling. Users will no longer be able to Auto-Rebook patients when appointments or clinic availability is cancelled. The patch also corrects duplicate code in the Return To Clinic functionality. When a user entered one of the following characters into the comment field (~|\&), the characters are not being un-escaped when the SD code processes the HL7 messages from the VSE VS GUI. Also, the HL7 validation message errors between VSE and CPRS were updated to include more descriptive messages. This is a combined patch. SD*5.3*682 and OR*3.0*483 are contained in one build. Refer to OR*3.0*483 patch description for information regarding that patch. They do get an error message, but as we have found from a few instances, users are overlooking it, potentially allowing orders to be missed. System should allow 75 characters, or change settings so pop up box doesn't allow users to sign at 75 characters, as it does for comments 76 characters and over. Please contact staff for additional information regarding patient specifics. Resolution: ----------- Routine SDHL7 was edited to correct the issue introduced in patch SD*5.3*682.
