INC9529531 - FM OPTOMETRY II shows openings on 3-20-20 in VISTA, but clinic times are all filled when looking in VSE. INC10171113 - User reported that vista option "Restore Clinic Availability" was not recognizing clinics with cancellations. Problem: -------- The clinic grid is not displaying the correct availability when an intermittent availability pattern is established on the same start date of an indefinite availability pattern and the clinic is re-mapped. The re-mapping will remove valid days from the schedule, even when patients are already scheduled. These days will then be re-added with full availability, allowing them to be invalidly overbooked. Also, the MESSAGE (#1400) field is not removed when the Set up a Clinic [SDBUILD] option is used to update a clinic's availability. Resolution: ----------- Routines SDM0, SDD0 and SDCLAV1 have been modified to correctly map the clinics when the intermittent schedule is present on the first date of the indefinite schedule. Routine SDB1 was modified to remove the corresponding MESSAGE (#1400) field from the HOSPITAL LOCATION (#44) file when entries from the CANCEL DATE/TIME BEGIN (#1901) subfile is removed via the Set up a Clinic [SDBUILD] option when the user is editing the clinic availability. Also, the CANCEL DATE/TIME BEGIN (#1901) subfile 0 node counter will be properly updated. Post install routine SD53726P will go through and update HOSPITAL LOCATION (#44) file by removing the dangling MESSAGE (#1400) fields, and setting the APPOINTMENT CANCELLED? (#310) field to "C" when the corresponding appointment has been canceled in the PATIENT (#2) file. 2. INC2302480 - We have a lot of clinic profile that are randomly opening and closing Clinic Profile. Problem: -------- The Clinic availability disappears after remapping a clinic with a future inactivation date, which is the same as the availability end date. Resolution: ----------- Routine SDNACT was modified to not remove the availability when a clinic is inactivated on the same date as the availability end date. 3. INC7300555 - IN VISTA AND VSE THE CLINIC BEC LABORATORY IS HAVING A GRID MALFUNCTION. THE DATES ARE NOT SHOWING UP CORRECTLY Duplicate: INC8688376 - Please assign this ticket to the vista scheduling software team IO.HBMC.FO.APP.VADADMINtriage. Scheduling grid is not showing dates correctly. Problem: -------- The VistA clinic grid displays the wrong date when appointments are scheduled prior to the HOUR CLINIC DISPLAY BEGINS (#1914) field in the HOSPITAL LOCATION (#44) file and clinic is remapped. Resolution: ----------- Routines SDD0 and SDM0 were modified to not decrement the date when an appointment is scheduled prior to the beginning time of a clinic. This patch may take up to 1 hour to install, and therefore we recommend the patch be queued to run during off hours. The installer will be required to select a device to send the Remap portion of the post installation. P-MESSAGE, an HFS device, or a physical printer are all valid selections. Installation Instructions: 1. Choose the PackMan message containing this patch and invoke the INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE PackMan option. 2. The PackMan function INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE is then used to install the backed up routines onto the VistA system.
