Telehealth Clinical Call Centers have requested Tele Health Management Platform (TMP) v4.8 Enhancements, with the current COVID-19 Crisis and possibly other emergent events that may present themselves. The Telehealth Emergency Management System (TEMS) needs to be able to leverage Providers availability across the Nation via TMP, in order to support these emergent events. Currently, in TMP if a Facility has the Vista Switch turned off, the TMP Resources can be reserved however the email notifications for that appointment do not get sent since they are dependent on the Make Vista Appointment workflow completing. This impacts all modalities, especially VA Video Connect (VVC) as VVC is dependent on email notifications to the provider and the patient. This patch corrects two defects that occurred in the implementation of TMP-VistA integration: 1) INC10224620/Rational #1266109 - (E)VS GUI Appt Requests Missing CID/PID date Problem: -------- (E)VS GUI Appt Requests Missing CID/PID and cannot be closed out. Resolution: ------------ Created post-install routine SD53P754 to correct the missing dates according to parameters provided by the TMP management team and OVAC. Appointment Requests found in VistA on or after the date the site installed patch SD*5.3*704 and up to and including the date that correction patch SD*5.3*714 was installed by the site, will be examined for CID/PREFERRED DATE OF APPT field (#22) to be null. If null, then field (#22) will be updated with the CREATE DATE field (#1) of that appointment. An additional check will be made for the Disposition of this appointment and the following fields will be updated, when null, with the below values: # Field 19 DATE DISPOSITIONED = CREATE DATE 20 DISPOSITIONED BY = DUZ of person that installed this patch 21 DISPOSITION = SA-REMOVED/SCHEDULED-ASSIGNED A temporary global ^XTMP("SD*5.3*754") will save before and after updates of the records for the SDEC APPT REQUEST file (#409.85) values. The XTMP global's expiration is set for 90 days and can be viewed during this 90 day period if needed. This global can be viewed by the %G global lister to see before and after updates and/or a direct programmer mode Mumps call (see below) can be used to scroll on the screen for after updates only. >D DISP^SD53P754 2) Rational #1287948 - Invalid TMP End Time due to VSE patch SD*5.3*694 Problem: -------- TMP is calling VistA Scheduling Enhancement (VSE) to schedule appointments with end date/time in FileMan format. With the release of SD*5.3*694 patch, this will not work anymore and will fail because of an invalid end Time error. Resolution: ----------- This patch modifies routine SDHL7APT at line PROCSIU+354 to fix the issue by calling the VSE with appointment start/end dates in external format to be in compliance with the new changes made in SD*5.3*694 patch. The second line will contain the patch number in the [PATCH LIST] section. ;;5.3;Scheduling;**[Patch List]**;Nov 14, 2018;Build 64 The option Calculate and Show Checksum Values [XTSUMBLD-CHECK] can be run to compare the routine checksums to what is documented in the patch description. Back-out/Rollback Strategy: --------------------------- Back-out will be done only with the concurrence and participation of the development team and appropriate VA site/region personnel. The decision to back-out or rollback software will be a joint decision between development team, VA site/region personnel and other appropriate VA personnel. Prior to installing an updated KIDS package, the site/region should have saved a backup of the routines in a mail message using the Backup a Transport Global [XPD BACKUP] menu option (this is done at time of install). The message containing the backed-up routines can be loaded with the "Xtract PackMan" function at the Message Action prompt. The Packman function "INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE" is then used to install the backed-up routines onto the VistA System. No data was modified by this patch installation and, therefore, no rollback strategy is required. Validation of Back-out Procedure --------------------------------- The Back-out Procedure can be verified by printing the first two lines of the SD Routines contained in this patch using the option First Line Routine Print [XU FIRST LINE PRINT]. Once the routines contained in the SD*5.3*754 patch have been rolled back, the first two lines of the Routines will no longer contain the designation Routine Information: ==================== The second line of each of these routines now looks like: ;;5.3;Scheduling;**[Patch List]**;May 29, 2018;Build 5 The checksums below are new checksums, and can be checked with CHECK1^XTSUMBLD.
