Problem: ------- Need to see the number of phone attempts and the date of the last letter sent to a Veteran. Resolution: ---------- Modified the RM Grid to include two new columns CA PHONE and CA LETTER. CA PHONE displays the total number of telephone contact attempts that were made to a Veteran. CA LETTER displays the date of the last letter contact attempt. Changes were needed in several RPCs. Please refer to VistA patch SD*5.3*745 to review the changes. 6. Rational #1257439 - Update VS to accept flags into the appointment cancellation routine (SDECCAN^SDEC08). Resolution: ---------- VS GUI will now send a #1 flag to SDEC APPDEL RPC to guarantee the VS GUI continues to work as it does today. For further explanation of the flag needed by external applications, please refer to VistA patch SD*5.3*745. 7. Rational #1256044 - Disable the update PID option when cancelling consult appointments. Problem: ------- Need the option to update the PID disabled for consult appointments cancelled by patient. Resolution: ---------- The PID field is disabled when a consult appointment is selected and cancelled by patient is chosen. 8. Rational #1249147 - Enable view-only users to access contact attempts. Problem: ------- View-only users need the ability to access the contact attempts window to see the contact attempt history. Resolution: ---------- View-only users who hold the SDECZVIEW key will be able to access the contact attempts window from the RM Grid. Editable fields and the submit button will remain disabled. SCCM administrators are responsible for pushing the packages to user workstations. The VistA patch installation and the SCCM push must be coordinated for each site by the patch installers and the SCCM administrators. Step 1 (Core): All VistA sites shall install the VS PRODUCTION and TEST GUIs on all user workstations using the Configuration Management Control Board (CMCB) package provided by Systems Design (SD). The TEST GUIs will be used to provide training to VS users. - CMCB Build Document (Production): https://vaww.eie.domain.ext/SysDesign/CS/DTStatus/SitePages/Build%20Documents .aspx?pid=216 - CMCB Build Document (Test): https://vaww.eie.domain.ext/SysDesign/CS/DTStatus/SitePages/Build%20Documents .aspx?pid=228 Sites that do not use the SCCM push process will be alerted to the new GUI via an action item from Office of Information and Technology (OIT) Information Technology Operations and Services (ITOPS).
