Clinical and VA CC staff located at VA Medical Centers, Outpatient Clinics, Community Based Outpatient Clinics, and VISN offices use this application. The CCR&A solution is an integral component of the VA Community Care Information Technology (IT) architecture that allows Veterans to receive care from Community providers. This patch adds functionality to lookup a default COM CARE-OTHER clinic name that also has a division designation at the end of the clinic name. The current functionality only allows a single default clinic named COM CARE-OTHER. This change allows for the medical centers to create default clinics based on a division. This patch adds a check to ensure the clinic is a non-count clinic. If the clinic is not a non-count clinic the appointment will not be made.
