Staff search results in Patient Centered Management Module (PCMM) Web do not include all staff members. 2. AFTERTP+9^SCMCDD1 *SCTMAF error in error trap at multiple VistA sites. INC20532327 - Provider unable to be found in order to assign to team. Problem: ------- The PCMM remote procedure call (RPC) 'SCMC GET NEW PERSON' is coded to only return the first 500 alphabetical results from the New Person (#200) file. For example there are likely more than 500 staff members with the last name 'Smith'. If you search for 'Smith, Zach' this result will be toward the end of the list, and potentially outside of the 500 maximum results returned by the Staff Search. Resolution: ---------- Routine SCMCNPER has been modified to remove the 500 result maximum cap. The total results of the 'SCMC GET NEW PERSON' RPC has been changed to unlimited. Additionally, the description text of the 'SCMC GET NEW PERSON' RPC has been modified to reflect this change and correct an existing typo. 2. INC21365986 - AFTERTP+9^SCMCDD1 *SCTMAF IN V02 UPSTATE NEW YORK Problem: ------- The PCMM RPC 'SC PAT ASGN MAILMAN' is occasionally causing an AFTERTP+9^SCMCDD1 error to appear in the error trap at VistA sites. This error occurs when the RPC is executed while only the first piece of the PATIENT TEAM POSITION ASSIGNMENT (#404.43) file's zero node is set. Resolution: ---------- Routine SCMCDD1 has been modified to add a conditional HANG of one to two seconds if the PATIENT TEAM POSITION ASSIGNMENT (#404.43) file's zero node only contains the first piece of data. Also, if after two seconds the record is still not present, the mailman alert will stop processing to prevent the undefined error.
