Clinical and Veterans Affairs (VA) CC staff located at Veterans Affairs Medical Centers (VAMC), Outpatient Clinics, Community Based Outpatient Clinics, and Veterans Integrated Service Network offices use this application. The CCR&A solution is an integral component of the VA Community Care Information Technology (IT) architecture that allows Veterans to receive care from Community providers. This patch fixes a problem reported in INC25727267 where users were not able to file appointments made with the HealthShare Referral Manager (HSRM) app in VistA. The issue was caused by a miss match in how the user's email in HSRM and how it is stored in VistA. The patch will add to the user lookup by email on VistA. This patch also adds additional data to the Health Level Seven (HL7) non acknowledgement (NAK) returned if an appointment can't be made because a clinic could not be matched to the consult service. This patch adds the consult service title and the clinic name to the message. This will improve the Help Desk's ability to quickly identify the problem consult service and clinic. This patch adds additional checks when selecting an appointment to cancel or mark the appointment as a no show to ensure the correct appointment is updated. Choose the PackMan message containing this build. Then select the INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE PackMan option to load the build. 2. From the Kernel Installation and Distribution System Menu, select the Installation Menu. From this menu, A. Select the Verify Checksums in Transport Global option to confirm the integrity of the routines that are in the transport global. When prompted for the INSTALL NAME enter the patch or build name. (ex. SD*5.3*841) NOTE: Using will not bring up a Multi-Package build even if it was loaded immediately before this step. It will only bring up the last patch in the build. B. Select the Backup a Transport Global option to create a backup message. You must use this option and specify what to backup; the entire Build or just Routines. The backup message can be used to restore the routines and components of the build to the pre-patch condition. i. At the Installation option menu, select Backup a Transport Global ii. At the Select INSTALL NAME prompt, enter your build SD*5.3*841 iii. When prompted for the following, enter "R" for Routines or "B" for Build.
