Problem: As a clinic profiler I want the system to populate the 2 mentioned fields that have a "null or missing value" to "No" so that the only thing the clinic profiler needs to change when the clinic is ready to use PCI, would be from No to Yes. Resolution: Logic was added to the SDES860P post install to update clinics whose E-CHECKIN ALLOWED (#20) or PRE-CHECKIN ALLOWED (#21) fields are undefined to No. 2) VSE-5620: VistA: Create new SDES2 versions of SDES ADD/UPDATE CONTACT and SDES DISPLAY CONTACT RPCs to include a context/metadata array as the first input parameter. Problem: Need to create new SDES2 versions of SDES ADD/UPDATE CONTACT and SDES DISPLAY CONTACT RPCs: * New RPCs should include all functionality of original RPCs * New RPCs should include Context/metadata array as the first input parameter * New RPCs should be named per current SDES standards: Namespace first, action second and target of action third, i.e. SDES ADD CONTACT, SDES DISPLAY CONTACT. * If DUZ is sent in as an input parameter in SDCONTEXT, use that DUZ to add contact attempts. Resolution: The new SDES2 ADD CONTACT ATTEMPT and SDES2 ADD CONTACT ATTEMPTS RPCs were created to replace the SDES ADD/UPDATE CONTACT and SDES DISPLAY CONTACT RPCs. 3) VSE-6013: VistA: Modify SDES GET CLINIC ORIGINAL AVAIL to correct defects. Problem: Two issues with SDES GET CLINIC ORIGINAL AVAIL were discovered: Steps to reproduce issue 1: Create a new clinic Create recurring availability for that clinic where one of the slots has an availability greater than 9 Call SDES GET CLINIC AVAIL for that clinic and a day where availability was created The RPC returns 0. Steps to reproduce issue 2: Create a new clinic Create availability for that clinic on a single day Call SDES GET CLINIC ORIGINAL AVAIL for that clinic and date The RPC returns an error, "Error Clinic Does Not Meet On this Day" Resolution: The SDES GET CLINIC ORIGINAL AVAIL RPC was updated to correct two known issues related to clinic availability. 4) VSE-6030: VSE GUI: Display Eligibility Window when Patient in Loaded into Context from Patient Search. Problem: As a user in VSE GUI, when I load a patient into context from Patient Search, I want the eligibility window to immediately display, so I know any pertinent information about the patient's eligibility. Resolution: The VS GUI was updated to display pertinent information about the patient's eligibility when a patient is loaded into context from Patient Search. 5) VSE-6060: VistA: Modify the description for SDES SEARCH CLINIC ATTRIBUTES. Problem: The description for the SEARCHSTRING Input Parameter needs to be updated to reflect the Min Length = 2 chars. Resolution: The SDES SEARCH CLINIC ATTRIBUTES RPC was updated to note that the minimum length of the SEARCHSTRING Input Parameter is two characters. 6) VSE-6061: VistA: Return Request Type in the SDES GET APPT*/SDES GET APPTS* RPCs Problem: As an ISS developer I want the Appointment Types, Request Types and AMIS Stop codes instead of Internal Entry Numbers (IENs) returned by all SDES GET APPT* and SDES GET APPTS* RPCs so that I can determine the appointment type in the slot viewer and the tooltip on the calendar. Resolution: The SDES GET APPT BY APPT IEN, SDES GET APPTS BY CLIN IEN 3, SDES GET APPTS BY IENS 2 and the SDES GET APPTS BY PATIENT DFN3 were updated to return the Appointment Types, Request Types and AMIS Stop codes. 7) VSE-6147: VistA: Inactive stop codes can be sent into SDES EDIT CLINIC and SDES CREATE CLINIC RPCs. Problem: As a Scheduler, I only want active stop codes sent in when creating or editing a clinic so that I only schedule in Active clinics. RPCs affected: SDES CREATE CLINIC SDES EDIT CLINIC Resolution: The SDES CREATE CLINIC and SDES EDIT CLINIC RPCs were updated to return an error when an inactive Primary or Credit Stop Code is passed in. 8) VSE-6177: VistA: Update SDES2 GET HOLIDAYS RPC definition. Problem: As a Mumps developer I want the SDES2 GET HOLIDAYS RPC definition to be corrected to match what was coded. The SDCONTEXT description lists User Name as an input element and it should be User SECID. Resolution: The SDES2 GET HOLIDAYS RPC definition was updated to note that the SDCONTEXT array includes the User SECID element. 9) VSE-6219: VistA: Modify RPC definition in File #8994 for SDES2 CREATE CLINIC. Problem: Need to update the SDES2 CREATE CLINIC to have additional details and so it will match the SDES2 EDIT CLINIC RPC definition on the fields that they have in common. Resolution: The SDES2 CREATE CLINIC RPC's definition was updated to match the SDES2 EDIT CLINIC RPC definition on the fields that they have in common. 10) VSE-6220: VistA: Modify RPC definition in File #8994 for SDES2 EDIT CLINIC. Problem: Need to update the SDES2 EDIT CLINIC to have additional details and so it will match the SDES2 CREATE CLINIC RPC definition on the fields that they have in common. Resolution: The SDES2 EDIT CLINIC RPC's definition was updated to match the SDES2 EDIT CREATE RPC definition on the fields that they have in common. 11) VSE-6305: Fix bug in the SDES2 CREATE CLINIC filing logic for the multiple fields. Problem: There are four multiple fields that can be passed into the SDES2 CREATE CLINIC RPC, but they aren't being stored in the newly created clinic. The logic that processes and stored the multiple fields for the SDES2 CREATE CLINIC RPC was updated to correctly identify when the multiples were passed in.
