This patch includes the following: o TMP-3002: Add Stop Code 732 to TMP This patch will load new Stop Code 732 to the SD TELE HEALTH STOP CODE FILE file (#40.6) o TMP-2999: INC34245580 Clinics incorrectly being made inactive in TMP when future date set in VistA This patch will correct an error in the clinic active flag in SDTMPHLB Instructions for the FY25 Telehealth Stop Code Patch: This patch must be installed after patch SD*5.3*883, which is a required build to install this patch. No TMP clinic can be created using any new Stop Codes contained in the patch until after this patch is implemented. TMP-3002: Add Stop Code 732 to TMP Problem: -------- The Office of Finance, Managerial Cost Accounting Office (MCAO), has requested Fiscal Year 2025 Stop Code changes to the CLINIC STOP file (#40.7). This is being implemented in patch SD*5.3*883. This patch extends that change to TMP by adding it to SD TELEHEALTH STOP CODE FILE file (#40.6) Resolution: ----------- Post-init routine SD53P888 has been created to update the SD TELE HEALTH STOP CODE FILE file (#40.6) to add one new Stop Code. This change will become effective on 10/1/2024. 2. TMP-2999: INC34245580 Clinics incorrectly being made inactive in TMP when future date set in VistA Problem: -------- When a VistA user sets up a future deactivation date for a clinic, the Clinic Update is sent to TMP and the clinic is inactivated immediately. Resolution: ----------- Routine SDTMPHLB was corrected to inactivate a clinic only if the INACTIVATE DATE field (#2505) is current or in the past. Pre-Installation Instructions: This patch may be installed with users on the system although it is recommended that it be installed during non-peak hours to minimize potential disruption to users. This patch should take less than 5 minutes to install. Installation Instructions: 1. Choose the PackMan message containing this build. Then select the INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE PackMan option to load the build. 2. From the Kernel Installation and Distribution System Menu, select the Installation Menu. From this menu, A. Select the Verify Checksums in Transport Global option to confirm the integrity of the routines that are in the transport global. When prompted for the INSTALL NAME enter the patch or build name SD*5.3*888 B. Select the Backup a Transport Global option to create a backup message. You must use this option and specify what to backup; the entire Build or just Routines. The backup message can be used to restore the routines and components of the build to the pre-patch condition. i. At the Installation option menu, select Backup a Transport Global ii. At the Select INSTALL NAME prompt, enter your build SD*5.3*888 iii. When prompted for the following, enter "R" for Routines or "B" for Build. Select one of the following: B Build R Routines Enter response: Build iv. When prompted "Do you wish to secure your build? NO//", press and take the default response of "NO". v. When prompted with, "Send mail to: Last name, First Name", press to take default recipient. Add any additional recipients. vi. When prompted with "Select basket to send to: IN//", press and take the default IN mailbox or select a different mailbox. C. You may also elect to use the following options: i. Print Transport Global - This option will allow you to view the components of the KIDS build. ii. Compare Transport Global to Current System - This option will allow you to view all changes that will be made when this patch is installed. It compares all of the components of this patch, such as routines, DDs, templates, etc. D. Select the Install Package(s) option and choose the patch to install. i. Want KIDS to Rebuild Menu Trees Upon Completion of Install? NO// respond NO. ii. When Prompted "Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONs during the install? NO//" respond NO. iii. Post-Installation Instructions: ------------------------------- After the post install has finished running, sites can delete the SD53P888 routine using the Delete Routines [XTRDEL] option if they wish. Back-Out/Roll Back Plan: ------------------------ Due to the complexity of this patch, it is not recommended for back-out, and a restore from a backup of the Transport Global should not be attempted. In the event that this patch needs to be backed out the patch installer should enter a ServiceNow Ticket. The development team will need to issue a follow-up patch in order to comprehensively back-out this patch.
