Problem: When a clinic is inactivated, remove all Provider names from the associated clinic and populate with N/A. When the clinic is reactivated, remove the N/A which forces the user to ADD a Provider name when the clinic is opened. Resolution: The logic supporting the SDES2 INACTIVATE CLINIC Remote Procedure Call (RPC) was updated to remove all Provider names from the associated clinic when a clinic is inactivated. 2) VSE-9300: VistA: When inactivating a clinic the availability grid is not being removed. Problem: When inactivating a clinic the availability grid is not being removed. We need to research and fix the difference between the SDES (need rpc name) to inactivate a clinic versus SD INACTIVATE option. Resolution: The logic supporting the SDES2 INACTIVATE CLINIC RPC was updated to remove the defined availability when a clinic is inactivated. 3) VSE-9370: VistA: Modify SDES2 GET CLINIC AVAIL BY SVC RPC to determine if there are more than 500 records and not all search results were returned. Problem: Provide a way for the calling application calling RPC SDES2 GET CLINIC AVAIL BY SVC to determine if there are more than 500 records and not all search results were returned. Resolution: The SDES2 GET CLINIC AVAIL BY SVC RPC was updated to return the partialReturn element set to 1 when the RPC hit is max return limit of 500 to let the calling application know that there was more data that was not returned. 4) VSE-9421: VistA: Update HELP-PROMPT text in 44.1902, .02. Problem: As a MUMPS developer I want to update the HELP-PROMPT text in file 44.1902, .02 to say "Enter remarks associated with the full day cancellation." so that I can get DD approval. Resolution: The HELP-PROMPT text for the REMARKS (#.02) field in the FULL DAY CANCEL (#44.1902) subfile in the HOSPITAL LOCATION (#44) file was updated to assist the users when working with this field. 5) VSE-9426: VistA: Correct cancellation reason to be BLOCK & MOVE when blocking and moving an appointment. Problem: Users are reporting that the block and move reason is no longer being populated when cancelling the appointment via block and move (Since Patch 897).
