Problem: To support the VAOS migration of mobile facility services, a new SDES2 RPC that accepts a list of primary and/or primary and secondary/credit stop codes pairs along with a Boolean flag to allow for both inactive and active or active only clinics is needed. The RPC should return the clinic object that is currently returned in SDES2 GET CLINIC INFO. Resolution: The new RPC to return clinic details by Primary Stop Code and Credit Stop Code. Problem: Clinic Availability cannot be deleted using the SDES2 CREATE CLINIC AVAIL 2 RPC. The RPC is failing to validate and produce the proper errors for AVAILABILITY. Resolution: The SDES2 CREATE CLINIC AVAIL 2 RPC was updated to properly validate the AVAILABILITY array and to return appropriate errors. It was also updated to allow for the deletion of existing availability. 4) VSE-10133: VistA: HOSPITAL LOCATION file needs EAS Field added. Problem: The Acheron Audit ID should be being stored and audited on the HOSPITAL LOCATION file during Create and Edit of a clinic. Resolution: The following updates were made to allow for the processing and storage of Enterprise Appointment Scheduling (EAS) tracking number. 1. The EAS TRACKING NUMBER (#100) field was added to the HOSPITAL LOCATION (#44) file. 2. The SDES2 CREATE CLINIC RPC was updated to store EAS tracking number. 3. The SDES2 EDIT CLINIC RPC was updated to store EAS tracking number. 4. The SDES HASH ALL CLINICS option was updated to include new EAS field in the list of fields that are used to determine hash value. 5. Update the logic that determines if anything has changed in the clinic and only re-hash the clinic, if there is a change. 5) VSE-10188: VistA: When a range of dates are sent in the remark is only being saved on the first day of the range. Then sites will use the Kernel Installation & Distribution System [XPD MAIN] menu to perform checks and install the patch. Pre-Installation Instructions: ------------------------------ This patch may be installed with users on the system, although it is recommended that it be installed during non-peak hours to minimize potential disruption to users. This patch should take less than 5 minutes to install. Installation Instructions: 1. Choose the PackMan message containing this build. Then select the INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE PackMan option to load the build. 2. From the Kernel Installation and Distribution System Menu, select the Installation Menu. From this menu, A. Select the Verify Checksums in Transport Global option to confirm the integrity of the routines that are in the transport global. When prompted for the INSTALL NAME enter SD*5.3*914. NOTE: Using will not bring up a Multi-Package build even if it was loaded immediately before this step. It will only bring up the last patch in the build. B. Select the Backup a Transport Global option to create a backup message. You must use this option and specify what to backup; the entire Build or just Routines. The backup message can be used to restore the routines and components of the build to the pre-patch condition. i. At the Installation option menu, select Backup a Transport Global ii. At the Select INSTALL NAME prompt, enter SD*5.3*914 iii. When prompted for the following, enter "R" for Routines or "B" for Build. If prompted 'Want KIDS to Rebuild Menu Trees Upon Completion of Install? NO//', answer NO. ii. When prompted 'Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONs during the install? NO//', answer NO. iii.
