Problem: Currently when an appointment is created on the date that the time zone offset changes, the calculation will be incorrect from midnight until 2 am. Logic needs to be added to see the time when this occurs and correctly select the time. Resolution: The software was updated to account for the 2 hour window from midnight until 2 am on the day when we roll onto or off of Daylight Savings Time. 2) VSE-11051: VistA: Modify date/time logic to add validation that seconds and hours are not greater than 60. Problem: Modify date/time logic to add validation for an initial check for: Initial checks for upper limits on Hours, Minutes and Seconds Hours less than 25 If the hour is 24 then the minutes and seconds must both be 0. Minutes less than 60 Seconds less than 60 Resolution: The software that converts time between different formats was updated to accurately convert time when hitting or crossing the boundaries for Hours, Minutes and Seconds. 3) VSE-11052: VistA: Modify SDES2UTIL Routine under the SENSITIVE tag to default SDDUZ to DUZ if no value is passed in. Problem: Modify SDES2UTIL Routine under the SENSITIVE tag to default SDDUZ to DUZ if no value is passed in for the SDDUZ input parameter. Resolution: The SENSITIVE line tag in routine SDES2UTIL was updated to default the SDDUZ variable to DUZ when no value is passed in for SDDUZ. 4) VSE-11321: VistA: Modify SD RECEIVE OR Protocol to prevent it from populating the MRTC CALC PREF DATES. Problem: While researching MRTC issues an issue was found for MRTC CALC PREF DATES when the MRTC is coming from CPRS. The MRTC CALC PREF DATES is being updated with the parent Patient Indicated Date (PID) when the parent record is being created and this is causing issues down stream. Need to review the SD RECEIVE OR Protocol to determine where the MRTC CALC PREF DATES is being updated and determine a fix to prevent it from being updated using the PARENT. Resolution: The logic that supports the SD RECEIVE OR Protocol was updated to prevent the population of the MRTC CALC PREF DATE on parent creation. Problem: During testing in Beta Testing in CCM with a user, the user was unable to restore a full day cancel on some dates. After researching, the team pulled the data and found that the internal data does not have the correct data of "CANCELLED" in the pattern of the ("ST" node). Reviewing data in the production account and also in a separate site, it was found that there was numerous issues in both sites. Team reviewed and tried to recreate the issue with data without success. The team believes that it is possible that a previous modification corrected the issue and a clean up is needed. Once the clean is completed, we will need to monitor the data to verify that we do not get additional data cancellation issues. Resolution: The SDES922P Post Install routine will clean up Full Day cancellations on clinics.
