Updated create recall logic to remove check for keys. The SDES2 GET PATIENT REGISTRATION RPC has been enhanced to include new fields RESIDENTAL COUNTY (#1157) and RESIDENTIAL COUNTRY (#11573). SDES2 EDIT CLINIC was modified so that clinics can be edited without setting the HOUR CLINIC DISPLAY BEGINS to 8 inadvertently. The Boolean flags were removed from the beginning of the output messages for SDES2 ADD CLNGRP ITEM and SDES2 DEL CLNGRP ITEM. SDES ADDEDIT CLINIC GRP does not allow for this value to be sent in via Acheron. Resolution: SDES2 ADDEDIT CLINIC GRP RPC has been created and fully integrated into the SDES2 parameters and SDESRPC option. All validation errors have been documented, tested, and confirmed to return the correct output. Running the RPC stores records in the SDEC RESOURCE GROUP (#409.832) file, updates the newly added EAS TRACKING NUMBER (#100) file, EAS RPC (#101) file, and EAS APPID (#102) file, fields, and returns the complete clinic group object. 2) VSE-12242 VistA: Update create recall logic to remove check in for keys Problem: During testing of the new RPC SDES2 CREATE RECALL REQUEST 2 the Bay Pines system went down, and we had to move the code to DEVVSA. While testing in the development account, we found logic that was causing an issue (that was in the original SDES2 CREATE RECALL REQUEST) where the logic was erroring due to security key checking. None of the SDES code should have Key checks in it, so this logic should be removed. Resolution: Updated create recall logic to remove check for keys. 3) VSE-12299 VistA: Modify SDES2 GET PATIENT REGISTRATION RPC to add the following Fields Problem: SDES2 GET PATIENT REGISTRATION RPC requires modification to include additional fields. Resolution: The SDES2 GET PATIENT REGISTRATION RPC has been enhanced to include new fields RESIDENTAL COUNTY (#1157) and RESIDENTIAL COUNTRY (#11573). 4) VSE-12327 VistA: Modify validation of clinic start hour to not change clinic start if null sent in. Problem: During testing it was discovered that when a clinic is edited, the HOUR CLINIC DISPLAY BEGINS field was being changed to 8 for all clinics (when the value is sent in as null. This was due to shared logic between clinic create and clinic edit. Resolution: SDES2 EDIT CLINIC was modified so that clinics can be edited without setting the HOUR CLINIC DISPLAY BEGINS to 8 inadvertently. 5) VSE-12380 VistA: Remove Boolean flags from SDES2 ADD CLNGRP ITEM/SDES2 DEL CLNGRP ITEM Problem: During review inconsistencies where found in the output of scheduling RPCs. Resolution: The Boolean flags were removed from the beginning of the output messages for SDES2 ADD CLNGRP ITEM and SDES2 DEL CLNGRP ITEM.
