These new fields were recently deployed in SD*5.3*959. The logic supporting the SDES2 EDIT SPEC NEEDS PREFS RPC was updated store the Acheron Audit ID in the EAS TRACKING NUMBER (#100) field in the SDEC PREFERENCES AND SPECIAL NEEDS (#409.845) file. The logic supporting the SDES2 EDIT CLINIC RPC was updated to store the XWB(2,"RPC") value into the new EAS RPC (#100.1) field within the HOSPITAL LOCATION (#44) FILE. When a special needs and preference record is edited for a patient, the EAS TRACKING NUMBER (#100), EAS RPC (#101), and EAS APPID (#102) fields are added to the SDEC PREFERENCES AND SPECIAL NEEDS (#409.845) file. These new fields were recently deployed in SD*5.3*959. The logic supporting the SDES2 PATIENT SEARCH RPC was updated to not allow full search of Social Security Number (SSN). The SDES2GETCANSLOTS routine was updated to remove the clinic identifier from the date conversion logic to ensure accurate full day cancel status. The new SDES2 DEL CLINIC REACT DATE RPC will delete the reactivation date for a clinic that is currently inactive and is scheduled to be reactivated or for a clinic that is scheduled to be both deactivated and reactivated in the future. Resolution: The SDES2 CREATE RECALL REQUEST and SDES2 CREATE RECALL REQUEST2 Remote Procedure Calls (RPC) were updated to store the RPC that was run to create or update the record in the new EAS RPC (#101) field and the Application Programming Interface (API) ID that called the RPC from Acheron in EAS APPID (#102) field in the RECALL REMINDERS (#403.5) file. These new fields were recently deployed in SD*5.3*959. 2) VSE-11845: VistA: Modify SDES2 EDIT SPEC NEEDS PREFS to store the Acheron audit ID when creating a special needs and preferences record. Problem: When files are being updated within the VistA system the Acheron audit ID should be stored when the update is done via Acheron. SDES2 EDIT SPEC NEEDS PREFS is not updating the provider resource with the Acheron Audit ID. Resolution: The logic supporting the SDES2 EDIT SPEC NEEDS PREFS RPC was updated store the Acheron Audit ID in the EAS TRACKING NUMBER (#100) field in the SDEC PREFERENCES AND SPECIAL NEEDS (#409.845) file. 3) VSE-11848: VistA: Update SDES2 EDIT CLINIC to store RPC on creation. Problem: When files are being updated within the VistA system the Acheron audit ID should be stored when the update is done via Acheron. Current logic within SDES2 EDIT CLINIC updates the audit ID; however, does not update the RPC on creation. Resolution: The logic supporting the SDES2 EDIT CLINIC RPC was updated to store the XWB(2,"RPC") value into the new EAS RPC (#100.1) field within the HOSPITAL LOCATION (#44) FILE. When a special needs and preference record is edited for a patient, the EAS TRACKING NUMBER (#100), EAS RPC (#101), and EAS APPID (#102) fields are added to the SDEC PREFERENCES AND SPECIAL NEEDS (#409.845) file. These new fields were recently deployed in SD*5.3*959. 4) VSE-12047: VistA: Updated SDES2 Patient search to not allow full search of security number. Problem: Need to update the SDES2 PATIENT SEARCH RPC to not allow full search of Social Security Number (SSN). Resolution: The logic supporting the SDES2 PATIENT SEARCH RPC was updated to not allow full search of Social Security Number (SSN). 5) VSE-12340: VistA: Update SDES2 GET CANCELLED SLOTS to Remove clinic IEN off the Date conversion. Problem: During Clinic Configuration Manager (CCM) testing of Guam and Philippine clinics an issue was identified with the clinic availability code where the conversion incorrectly includes the clinic identifier (clinic IEN) during the date conversion, causing inconsistent full day cancel responses for Guam clinics. The fix involves removing the clinic identifier from the conversion logic to ensure accurate full day cancel status. Resolution: The SDES2GETCANSLOTS routine was updated to remove the clinic identifier from the date conversion logic to ensure accurate full day cancel status. 6) VSE-12379: VistA: Create new SDES2 REMOVE CLINIC REACT DATE RPC to remove the REACTIVATE DATE (#2506) field in the HOSPITAL LOCATION (#44) file. Problem: Need a new RPC to allow a clinic, previously deactivated and scheduled for reactivation, to remove the reactivation date. Resolution: The new SDES2 DEL CLINIC REACT DATE RPC will delete the reactivation date for a clinic that is currently inactive and is scheduled to be reactivated or for a clinic that is scheduled to be both deactivated and reactivated in the future. Several new error codes were created and deployed to support this new RPC.
