Description:
============

 This patch addresses the following issues:
  
 1.  Users are receiving an error when their system runs the nightly task
 SRTASK-NIGHT option.
 2.  A user reported that addendums created in VistA are not always being
 transmitted to CPRS. It appears that TIU BUSINESS RULES for certain
 document types or user classes are being created which can cause
 unforeseen issues.

 REMEDY OVERVIEW:
 ================
 1. HD0000000210945 System error running SRTASK-NIGHT 
    
    Problem:   
    --------
    Users are receiving an UNDEFINED error when executing the nightly task
    SRTASK-NIGHT option in VistA. This daily task should be run every
    night to purge outstanding requests that have not been acted upon.
  
    Resolution:
    -----------
    Modified routine SRHLXTMP to function properly if the expected global is
    not present.
  
  
 2. HD0000000286261 Info entered in surgery through VISTA is not always
                    showing on nurse intraoperative report in CPRS, 
                    especially with addendums. 
    
    Problem:   
    --------
    A user reported that addendums created in VistA are not always being 
    transmitted to CPRS. It appears that TIU BUSINESS RULES for certain
    document types or user classes are being created which can cause
    unforeseen processing issues.
  
    Resolution:
    -----------
    Made changes to the routine SROESAD which now accesses existing
    functionality and alerts users of their inability to create
    addendums because they lack a particular USR CLASS that is associated
    with a BUSINESS RULE their site created. 
     
  
  
 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
 ==========================
 It is recommended that this patch be installed outside of normal business
 hours to avoid any complications resulting from users on the system.
 The installation time will rely on the size of the global in the database.
  
 Install time - less than 5 minutes
  
    1. Choose the PackMan message containing this patch and invoke the
       INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE PackMan option.  
   
    2. From the Kernel Installation & Distribution System menu, select 
       the Installation menu.  
   
    3. From this menu, you may select to use the following options: 
       (when prompted for INSTALL NAME, enter SR*3.0*173)
   
         a.  Verify Checksums in Transport Global - This option will allow
             you to ensure the integrity of the routines that are in the
             transport global.
         b.  Print Transport Global - This option will allow you to view
             the components of the KIDS build.
         c.  Compare Transport Global to Current System - This option will
             allow you to view all changes that will be made when this 
             patch is installed.  It compares all components of this patch
             (routines, DD's, templates, etc.).
         d.  Backup a Transport Global - This option will create a backup
             message of any routines exported with this patch. It will not
             backup any other changes such as DD's or templates.
   
    4. Use the Install Package(s) option and select the package 
       SR*3.0*173.
  
    5. When Prompted "Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONs during the install? 
       NO//" respond NO.  
   
    6. When Prompted "Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu Options, and 
       Protocols? NO//" respond NO.
