Description:

 This patch will address the following issue:
  
 The CPT EXCLUSIONS file (#137) needs to be updated for fiscal year 2019 
 (FY19).

 INC5135058 - CPT EXCLUSIONS file (#137) update for FY19
  
 Problem: 
 --------
 The last update to the CPT EXCLUSIONS file (#137) occurred with VistA 
 Surgery patch SR*3.0*184. The CPT EXCLUSIONS file (#137) needs to be 
 updated with all excluded CPT codes.
  
 Resolution:
 -----------
 This patch updates the CPT EXCLUSIONS file (#137) with data for FY19. New
 SR195UT* post-install routines have been created to update the CPT 
 EXCLUSIONS file (#137).

 Patch Installation:
  
 Pre-Installation Instructions:
 ------------------------------ 
 This patch should be installed during non-peak hours to minimize potential
 disruption to users. This patch should take less than 5 minutes to 
 install. It is not necessary to disable any options/protocols.
   
 Installation Instructions:
 --------------------------
 1. Choose the PackMan message containing this patch.
  
 2. Choose the INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE PackMan option.
   
 3. From the Kernel Installation and Distribution System Menu, select the
    Installation Menu.
  
 4. From the Installation menu, you may elect to use the following options.
    When prompted for the INSTALL NAME enter the patch: SR*3.0*195
  
  
     a. Verify Checksums in Transport Global - This option will allow you
        to ensure the integrity of the routines that are in the transport
        global. All components of this patch are new, so the option Backup 
        a Transport Global and the option Compare Transport Global to
        Current System do not have to be invoked.
  
   
 5. From the Installation Menu, select the Install Package(s) option and
    choose the patch to install: SR*3.0*195
  
 6. When Prompted "Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONs during the install? NO//",
    respond NO.  
   
 7. When Prompted "Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu Options, and 
    Protocols? NO//", respond NO.
  
 Post-Installation Instructions:
 -------------------------------
 The routines SR195UTL, SR195UT0, SR195UT1, and SR195UT2 are automatically 
 deleted at the end of patch installation.
   
 Installation Verification:
 --------------------------
 Since the routines are automatically deleted, the routines cannot be
 verified. IRM staff can use the "Install File Print" under the Kernel
 Installation & Distribution System [XPD MAIN] menu to verify that the
 patch has been installed successfully.
  
  
 Back-out/Rollback Strategy:
 ---------------------------
 Back-out will be done only with the concurrence and participation of the
 development team and appropriate VA site/region personnel. The decision to
 back-out or rollback software will be a joint decision between 
 the development team, VA site/region personnel and other appropriate VA
 personnel.
