TBI*2.0*13 will be deployed to the production server for national release on 2/10/16. No additional action is required from sites. ********************************************************************** RELEASE INFORMATION: =================== TBI Patch 2.0*13 contains code changes (defect fixes enhancements) to the TBI Registry. These changes are Work Items that were recorded and tracked in the Registries Project Area of RTC. This patch contains the TBI Work Items completed for Release 5A for the production deployment. TBI Patch 2.0*13 includes the TBI Registry Work Items listed below: 1) 227782: Move VIA URI configuration to DB 2) 260255: Comment Logging 3) 238214: TBI: Refactor Mayo Portland - Participation Index 4) 236129: TBI - IRCR Survey Data Loss 5) 230894: TBI - Merge V2 DME code with Sustainment Release 4/5 6) 217606: TBI - Investigate displaying VIA system information 7) 201932 - Identify/Correct end user issues with saving CTBIE form 8) 190537 - TBI Instruments - Item 19A data validation/visibility issue 9) 233835: TBI - Additional Logging to Help Isolate Encounter ID Issues The following describes each component of the TBI Patch 2.0*13 1) 227782: Issue: Move VIA URI configuration to DB Solution: The VIA configuration settings were added to the CRS_SETTINGS table. 2) 260255: Issue: Include client IP address and session information into the comments when writing log information to the database. Also include the real user ID instead of "TBI LOGGER". Solution: The client IP, session information and real user ID are now written to the log file to aid in debugging errors. 3) 238214: Issue: Refactor delete-then-save pattern and refactor page load event to be consistent with other instruments. Solution: The Mayo-Portland Participation Index instrument was refactored to remove the delete-then-save pattern that was causing data loss and data integrity issues. 4) 236129: Issue: TBI - IRCR Survey Data Loss User lost data when saving the IRCR survey. Solution: The Rehabilitation and Reintegration Plan instrument was refactored to remove the delete-then-save pattern that was causing data loss and data integrity issues. The Auto-Save functionality was changed to be consistent with the other instruments. 5) 230894: Issue: TBI - Merge V2 DME code with Sustainment Release 4//5 Solution: The TBI DME V2 code was merged with the TBI Sustainment Release 5B code base. 6) 217606: Issue: TBI - Investigate displaying VIA system information. Solution: The service being used (VIA/MDWS) is displayed on the System Check page. The System Check page is a new page to display this information and is available in TBI Instruments. 7) 201932: Issue: Identify / Correct end user issues with saving CTBIE form (prev 197036) Solution: The CTBIE instrument was refactored to remove the delete-then-save pattern that was causing data loss and data integrity issues. 8) 190537: Issue: TBI Instruments - Item 19A data validation/visibility issue Solution: Question 19A was fixed to function properly when text was entered into the Other text box. 9)233835: Issue: TBI - Additional Logging to Help Isolate Encounter ID Issues Solution: Need to increase logging around the code that generates the Encounter ID strings. These strings are responsible for several defects including Null Reference Exception and DateTime format exceptions SOFTWARE: ========= TBI is a web-based application. Changes will be applied to the national production servers and will be immediately available to the users. No changes at the local site are required for this patch.
