This defect was introduced when the CBTIE was refactored to prevent data loss. Solution: Corrected code to remove check on Question 6 value when saving value for Question 16-B. 2) 238217: Issue: Refactor the delete-then-save pattern on the Functional Mobility Assessment instrument to reduce data loss Solution: Verify instrument works and data is saved under normal, time-out and adverse scenarios. 3) 238218: Issue: Refactor the delete-then-save pattern on the Quebec User Evaluation of Satisfaction instrument to reduce data loss. Solution: Verify instrument works and data is saved under normal, time-out and adverse scenarios. 4) 289481: Issue: When making a VIA call, the InstrumentsManager code that serializes the data is using the result variable instead of the ret variable that actually was the result from the call into VIA. Solution: Use the correct object to record the VIA response data. When an instrument is submitted and data is written back to VistA using VIA, the full VIA response should be logged into the DB table. 5) 250180: Issue: Research VISN realignment Solution: Conduct the research for VISN realignment.
