 REMEDY TICKET OVERVIEW:

 1. INC000000620409 - some note titles show names two ways <xxx> and 
                      some don't, is there a fix?
  
   Problem:
   -------
   When selecting a New Note from the Notes tab in CPRS, several progress 
   note titles appear twice in sequence: once in the form TITLE, and once
   in the form TITLE <TITLE>.  This is redundant and confusing for users.
  
   Resolution:
   ----------
   Changed the indexing routine TIUDD1 so that each full title appears 
   only once.
  
   Technical:
   ---------
   Abbreviations and Print Names which are not identical to the Name of 
   the progress note will still appear separately.  This fix to routine
   TIUDD1 prevents an Abbreviation or Print Name which is exactly the same
   as the Name from appearing a second time.
  
   This issue will be corrected with post-install routine TIU10278 which
   will be deleted after running.
  
  
 2. INC000000226367  - Spelling error in TIU Template Field (VANOD skin 
                       template)
  
   Problem:
   -------
   There is a spelling error in the ITEMS section of the TIU TEMPLATE 
   FIELD file (#8927.1) for the template "JJS WA BS ACT".  The phrase
   "Walks Frequently" is spelled "Walks Freguently".
  
   Resolution:
   ----------
   Corrected the spelling error, if the error is present in the installing 
   environment.
  
   Technical:
   ---------
   This issue will be corrected with post-install routine TIU10278 which
   will be deleted after running.
  
  
        ================INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS =================
  
 It is not necessary to disable any options. It is recommended to install 
 this patch when users are off the system.  It should take less than 2
 minutes to install this patch.
  
    1. Choose the PackMan message containing this patch and invoke the
       INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE PackMan option.  
   
    2. From the Kernel Installation & Distribution System menu, select 
       the Installation menu.  
   
    3. From this menu, you may select to use the following options: 
       (when prompted for INSTALL NAME, enter TIU*1.0*278)
   
         a.  Verify Checksums in Transport Global - This option will allow
             you to ensure the integrity of the routines that are in the
             transport global.
         b.  Print Transport Global - This option will allow you to view
             the components of the KIDS build.
         c.  Compare Transport Global to Current System - This option will
             allow you to view all changes that will be made when this 
             patch is installed.  It compares all components of this patch
             (routines, DD's, templates, etc.).
         d.  Backup a Transport Global - This option will create a backup
             message of any routines exported with this patch. It will not
             backup any other changes such as DD's or templates.
   
    4. Use the Install Package(s) option and select the package 
       TIU*1.0*278.
  
    5. When Prompted "Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONs during the install? 
       NO//" respond NO.  
   
    6. When Prompted "Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu Options, and 
       Protocols? NO//" respond NO.
