 This patch will resolve the following 2 issues in the Text Integration
 Utilities (TIU) package:
  
 1. There are some examples in several TIU documentation manuals in the 
    VA Software Document Library (VDL) that contain examples that could 
    be mistaken for Patient Identifiable Information (PII).
 2. The TIU Technical Manual contains a typo referring to file #8625
    instead of file #8925.

                   posted in the VDL.
  
   Problem 1:
   ---------
   The National Service Desk (NSD) ticket reported that the Text
   Integration Utilities (TIU) Clinical Coordinator and User Manual
   contains examples that could be mistaken for Patient Identifiable
   Information (PII).
  
   Resolution 1:
   ------------
   A review of all the TIU documents on the VDL was performed.  This patch 
   replaces all potential PII with generic names and meaningless numbers, 
   such as TESTPROVIDER,ONE, TESTPATIENT,TWO, & (T1234).

 The updated documentation described above are available.
  
 The preferred method is to retrieve files from download.vista.domain.ext.
 This transmits the files from the first available server. Sites may 
 also elect to retrieve files directly from a specific server. 
  
 Sites may retrieve the documentation directly using Secure File Transfer 
 Protocol (SFTP) from the ANONYMOUS.SOFTWARE directory at the following OI
 Field Offices:
