 Problem:
 -------
 The TIU Technical Manual(tiutm.doc) posted on the VA Software Document 
 Library (VDL) has many occurrences of the word "April" throughout it where
 it doesn't make sense.  Perhaps someone did a "Search/Replace All" for the
 month of May and substituted for April.
  
 Resolution:
 ----------
 The Technical Manual has been updated to put the word 'may' back into the 
 sentences, where appropriate.

 Documentation updates are available.
  
 The preferred method is to retrieve files from download.vista.domain.ext.
 This transmits the files from the first available server. Sites may

 Protocol (SFTP) from the ANONYMOUS.SOFTWARE directory at the following OI
