Cerner doesn't support the ability to pull results and is only able to capture the result or any corresponding addenda to the results at the time the result note/addendum is added. This patch restores the HL7 message generation which will trigger alerts for the IFC requesting facility when an addendum is added to a consult result note and solves the patient safety issue for sites that are converted to Cerner.
