INC27334018 Problem: -------- If a surrogate for a user views/processes a document alert after the surrogacy time has ended and the original recipient has not logged in (pending alerts get forwarded back to the original recipient from the surrogate when they log in), the alert gets processed and deleted and will no longer be returned to the original recipient. Resolution: ----------- TIU will resend alerts via a task for a document when a user processes the document alert and does not require their signature. Alerts deleted due to Kernel reporting the user is NOT currently a surrogate, but they were when they received the alert, will automatically be resent to the needed recipient(s). 2. INC27547163 & INC27464011 Problem: -------- Author no longer receives an addendum added alert regardless of parameter setting. Resolution: ----------- Author will receive addendum added alert if SEND ALERT ON ADDENDA is configured to do so.
